Interactive & static reports for referrers
Compile visually-stunning treatment outcomes reports to inspire referrers.
Reports display and explain all aspects client progress during an episode of care. Charts and tables illustrate symptom change over time, based on completed assessments. Subjective client feedback contextualises quantitative results, offering important insights to referrers about the client’s therapy experience. Reports adhere to data security protocols and will be available in both interactive (html) and static (pdf) formats.
Add your own PROMs and PREMs
Use an intuitive drag-and-drop interface to add outcome measures that are not yet included in the Measurely library. Create bespoke intake, feedback and discharge forms.
Once you input the required data, added PROMs will function like any other outcome outcome measure. This means you'll be able to capture severity ranges, provisional diagnosis, risk and the significance of change in client's scores over time (e.g. positive response vs. clinically significant improvement).
PROMs frequency & duration bundles
A PROMs bundle will consist of two parts:
1. A selection of one or more outcome measures
2. The frequency and duration for which each assessment should be emailed to clients.
PROMs bundles save you from having to repetitively select the same set of outcome measures and administration frequencies (e.g. DASS-21, GAD-7 on a fortnightly basis). Instead, this information is stored as a bundle that your can reuse it with all your clients.
Globally-Set PROMs Administration
Does your practice use the same selection of PROMs routinely, with all clients? If so then you may benefit from Globally-Set PROMs Administration.
It works like this:
1. You create one or more PROMs bundles (i.e. a selection of PROMs, as well as the frequency and duration for which they should be administered)
2. Any new clients created in Measurely will automatically begin receiving the PROMs bundle—for the frequency and duration you defined.
Practice management software integrations
By integrating Measurely with major practice management software providers such as Halaxy, Power Diary and Cliniko, clinicians will no longer need to manually create new clients, if they don't wish to. Client information will be extracted from the practice management software itself, allowing the individual to begin receiving PROMs immediately.
Bespoke dashboards for practice marketing
Ask us about creating beautifully-themed, bespoke dashboards for your practice. Dashboards show your team’s progress with respect to key treatment outcomes or benchmarks—which serve to highlight their expertise and accomplishments with clients.
Progress note composition
Ideally, progress notes should be stored together with the results of PROMs assessments—in order to contextualise quantitative data and offer directions for future treatment. The Measurely team is aiming to create a rich text editor supporting progress note composition. This feature will significantly extend the progress note functionality used by major practice management software providers.
Morale-boosting milestone emails
Practitioners in your practice will receive morale-boosting emails when clients achieve positive treatment outcomes—such as a positive response, reliable change or clinically significant improvement.

Goal Attainment Scaling (GAS)
Complement outcome measure assessments by tracking clients' subjectively-defined goals.
GAS is a standardised method for determining how much progress a client has made towards individual goals over the course of an intervention. Unlike patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs), GAS relies upon subjectively-defined goals—which are arrived at through consultation between client and clinician. Progress towards goals can be summarised numerically as a T-score.
